Painting with Mats Milhamre

We are pleased to offer a creative break during your conference together with the artist Mats Milhamre, known for his vibrant, cheerful paintings focusing on Lund and the joy of life. This activity gives participants the opportunity to paint together under Mats’ inspiring guidance. We provide all materials—pads, brushes and paint—the only things needed are curiosity and the joy of creating.

Mats Milhamre is an artist and illustrator from Lund who captures his surroundings in a unique, naïve style full of colour and humour. His art aims to convey warmth, energy and joy—and during this workshop he shares his creative spirit in a relaxed, accessible way.

This partner offers several options for fun activities—ranging from Garden Olympics , an outdoor activity available May–August, to In a box, an exciting activity also suitable for hybrid meetings. Each team receives a bag filled with practical and brain-teasing activities that can be solved both individually and as a group.

RA Adventure and Development

ARCHERY, 1–1.5 hours
Archery is appreciated as a mingling activity before dinner or as active relaxation in a Japanese style during intensive conferences. You will get to try different bows and receive support in developing your technique.

THE MISSION 1–2 hrs

Here we combine the benefits of digital solutions like PokemonGo with a classic treasure hunt and teambuilding. We take you to different locations marked on a map in your smartphones. The group chooses which route to take and which places to visit. At each location there are tasks to solve: photo challenges, questions to answer, practical collaboration challenges to complete against the clock, puzzles to solve, or something to find on site. Ingenuity, creativity and, above all, playfulness are put to excellent use here.

All teams can see each other’s position on the map and the current score, but can also sabotage one another by placing mines that temporarily put a group out of play. The more tasks you complete, the more tasks appear on the screen. You need at least one fully charged mobile phone per team, and the Loquiz app downloaded in advance.
The great thing about this activity is that each group can choose its own level of ambition—competition or a relaxed walk in the woods. You will also take home fun photos to look at and compare afterwards!

JUGGLING 45–70 minutes
In just 45 minutes we can help participants master the art of juggling three balls, or lay a solid foundation for learning at a calm pace. It is a perfect break during a conference. We also talk about the positive side effects of improved motor skills, brain growth and mental relaxation, which are scientifically proven—as well as the importance of learning to build good habits and helping the brain avoid creating stress. Juggling balls in gift packaging for participants to keep can be arranged.

ICE SCULPTURE
1–2 hrs, location of your choice, preferably where the ice can melt without causing any issues. An incredibly fun and different activity that is visually beautiful. We prepare large blocks of ice with lights and the tools you need to sculpt, preferably outdoors. Sculpting in ice is unlike anything else, our participants tell us. The groups work from a theme as the sculptures are created. We finish by admiring each other’s work, perhaps also awarding the finest sculpture over a hot or cold drink.

Ice sculpting must be ordered at least 1 month in advance, as we need to special-order the ice. Since the ice blocks make up a large share of the cost of this activity, we let you as the customer choose how many blocks you would like to work with. 2–5 people can work on each block.

In addition, there are various types of multi-event competitions and teambuilding formats that we can help you arrange via RA Adventure and Development.

Gift wrapping with Kristin Olson

Kristin trains and runs workshops in beautiful gift wrapping for both private individuals and companies. In addition, she also inspires daily with tips and ideas on social media.

The activity is designed based on the target group and your wishes. Below you can see an outline for a general 2-hour workshop.

Mindfulness with Ny Insikt – Christel Lilja

A – GREATER AWARE PRESENCE WITH MINDFULNESS
An inspirational talk that creates understanding of how training in mindful presence—mindfulness—can help, among other things, to regain focus despite a demanding work or life situation.

You will receive an inspiring talk about:
– our origins and how we are affected by stress
– the importance of recovery
– what mindfulness is and what happens in the heart and brain during training
– what the research says

Depending on the length of the assignment, we also do one or more exercises so that you can try mindfulness and also receive practical exercises to take with you and use in everyday life at work and at home.

B – EXERCISES AND TOOLS FOR INCREASED FOCUS AND GREATER AWARE PRESENCE

In addition to trying different types of mindfulness exercises, you will receive practical tips and tools to bring into everyday life to more easily return to focus and presence.

When we become aware of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations, the moment deepens. Mindful presence increases, it becomes easier to return to focus—to the here and now—and you also become more aware of your automated behavioural patterns.

We tailor the format that suits you best. Examples of exercises we can do include various breathing techniques, meditations, body scans, movement exercises such as mindful yoga (yin yoga), mindful qigong and mindful walking, a walk starting from the farm, and paired focus exercises.

Come as you are—no change of clothes is required. The choice of exercises, the weather and how you feel will determine whether we are indoors or outdoors. Perhaps both.

Three- or five-event challenge

These fun classics take place outdoors on our lawns and are therefore weather-dependent. Choose freely from, among others, Horseshoe Toss, Boccia, Croquet, Giant Pick-up Sticks, Bean Bag Toss and Kubb. We provide rules and score sheets for each challenge. Of course, you can also choose to do just one of the games.

Pottery throwing & clay building at Ateljé Råbygård

A short walk down Byavägen is the charming Ateljé Råbygård, where you can try ceramic crafts such as coiling, slab building, wheel throwing and sculpting, all according to your wishes. The minimum number of participants is 6 and the maximum is 12. If you are a larger group, an activity can be tailored.

Chocolate tasting

Ahlgrens Konfektyr, with shops both here in Lund and Malmö, is one of our partners for chocolate tastings. Fully according to your wishes. Simply get in touch with your preferences, and we will come back to you with a sweet and delicious proposal.

Create an Orchestra

Creating a winning team is not the easiest thing. Getting everyone in sync is essential when, for example, forming an orchestra—but also in all kinds of teams. Our photo walls

Altogether, our photo walls consist of over 150 photos of both well-known and lesser-known people and inventions, places and buildings. The challenges are endless—educational, fun, and guaranteed to deliver a few aha moments!

Leg-stretcher/walk

Just outside the farm there is a pleasant walking path that goes around the small lake. Take the group for a short leg-stretcher and get some fresh air at the same time. Free of charge and good for both heart and mind!

Board games

We also have various board games (Chess, Connect 4, card games, peg solitaire) and puzzles & brain teasers that you can borrow free of charge from the bar.
