Råbylunds Gård erbjuder konferens- och möteslokaler, härliga luncher, mingel, middagar och ett spännande utbud av aktiviteter. Allt i en vacker, avkopplande och mysig miljö som inspirerar till kreativitet, analys, reflektion och beslut, på cykelavstånd från Lunds stadskärna.
Nedan ser du några av de konferens- och möteslokaler som finns att boka här på gården. Alla mötesrum går att hyra separat eller som en del i ett konferensarrangemang.

Food and drink is a very important part of the experience. Our kitchen, bar and café all offer something special. We draw inspiration from nature's pantry and strive to use local ingredients according to the season. Traceability is a hallmark for us.
In our premises there is always wifi, pads and pens, post-it notes, water, screen (either projector or TV depending on the venue) white board / flipchart and fruit. On request, we provide extra cameras, speakers, stage and lights, etc. Let us know in good time before your conference and we will arrange it!

The hayloft
Welcome to Höloftet - our exclusive conference room located at the top of the building and offering a unique and inspiring atmosphere for your meetings and events. Höloftet extends over two spacious rooms, each with its own character and function.
In the first room you are greeted by a relaxed lounge area, complete with comfortable sofas that invite both relaxation and creative discussions. Here you can choose to start your day with a more informal
meeting style or perhaps just enjoy a moment of rest before diving into your work. Our flexible screen makes it easy to adapt the space for different needs and activities.
The second part of the Höloftet offers a more structured seating area, perfect for formal meetings or presentations. There is also access to a balcony where you can take a break and enjoy the fresh air and great views. Why not continue discussions outdoors when the weather permits and the sun is shining?
Soon we will also offer conference packages that allow you to take your experience to the next level. With extra amenities like your own coffee maker, a full fridge with refreshments and the possibility
to independently take care of your needs during the day, you will feel at home at Höloftet. But don't forget to take a break and enjoy a good lunch in our nice restaurant on the ground floor.
Whether you need space for a board meeting or a larger presentation, the Höloftet can accommodate up to 22 people in cinema seating or 16 people at a U-table, with the option to adapt the seating
for up to 20 people in school seating and 12 people at a board table.
Lodges
A beautiful room with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams on the second floor. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the landscape all the way to central Lund! The lodge is about 140 m2 and can seat up to 60 people in theater seating.
Ladan
En stor och ljus lokal med horisontal träpanel och vackra exponerade träbalkar från tiden som lada. Här har man utsikt över och tillgång till det öppna landskapet utanför lokalen. Ladan är ca 200 m2 och här kan ni sitta upp till 120 personer i biosittning, 90 personer i öar.
Spiltan
En ljus lokal på ca 30 m2 med stort konferensbord för upp till 10 personer.
Stables
Originally an old stable that has been transformed into a warm, beautiful and cozy dining room and lounge where the old charm has been retained. The venue is used for dining, meetings, dinners, activities, exhibitions, christening coffee, weddings and much more. The room is about 190 m2 and is directly connected to the lobby, the courtyard and the nice patio with outdoor furniture and a view of Råbysjön. The room can be rented separately or as part of a conference package.
Meeting room
Our four smaller meeting rooms can be booked individually for meetings for 2-6 people. Two of the rooms have windows overlooking the landscape or courtyard, the other two rooms have a glazed door to the lobby.

We are members of Skånska Möten, which represents hand-picked meeting places and conference facilities in Skåne.
